Description
The Abloy effeff 351U80 electric lock for single or double action doors, including escape doors. The locking bolt is held in the locked position by means of spring power. When closing the door, the bolt latches into the striking plate. When power is applied to the strike, with the door in the closed position, the bolt will deadlock.
The distance between the strike and the striking plate can be adjusted by the use of spacers placed under the strike plate.
The Abloy 351U80 is equipped with an armature and a trigger contact which are both potential-free switch over contacts. The armature contact can be used for monitoring the locking status. The depressible snib allows for the door position and lock status to be monitored.
The 351U80 is specially designed to lock doors along escape routes. The escape door strike and its respective counterpart 807 have been tested in accordance with applicable regulations and are approved as suitable for electrical locking systems in doors along escape routes. Reliable unlocking under preload and available in 12V or 24V DC. These strikes are handed so door information needed prior to ordering.
