Electric Strikes

An electric strike is an electromechanical device that replaces a standard door frame strike plate to provide remote-controlled access. It works by electronically releasing the latch bolt of a mechanical lock, allowing the door to open when a signal is received from an access control system like a keypad, card reader, or button. This allows for controlled traffic through a door while still maintaining a physical lock.

The Alpro AL110 series is an ANSI style security strike complete with stainless steel short or long faceplate for use in metal, timber and some composite door applications.

The EL900 ANSI electric door strike is a compact electric strike with long or short faceplates for use in metal and timber applications. An extension lip is also included within the kit. It has a 35mm deep, compact stainless steel body design.

This electric strike is further available with or without monitoring and a full fixing kit is also supplied.
